Online Store Terms and Conditions
Kissing Booth (operated by Besala Oy, Business ID 3394516-6) sells products to individuals aged 18 or older within Finland and in the EU-area. All product prices include VAT 25.5%. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs at any time. Prices are based on the valid price list at the time of purchase when the payment is completed, and the product is thus claimed by the customer.
Ordering
Products are ordered through our online store by adding them to the shopping cart and completing payment at checkout. All customer information is handled confidentially. The contact details provided during the order process are only used for order fulfillment or to clarify any issues related to the order unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you agree to the current terms and conditions of sale.
Payment and Payment Methods
Kissing Booth’s online store is powered by Shopify and Webflow. Payments are processed by Stripe (Shopify Pay) and PayPal.
Order and Payment Confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. Providing a valid email address is required to receive confirmation messages.
Discounts and Discount Codes
Discounts cannot be combined.
Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment. We use Matkahuolto, DHL and Posti for deliveries. Delivery times within Finland typically vary from 2 to 14 days, depending on the order and delivery method. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damages resulting from delays. Any exceptional delivery times will be communicated on our website.
Returns and Refunds
According to Finnish consumer protection laws, customers have a 14-day right of return for unused and unopened products. However, for hygiene reasons, certain products such as intimate items and personal care products are non-returnable if the seal has been broken. If you wish to return a product, please contact elli@kissingbooth.fi for instructions.
Pre-Orders
Certain products may be available for pre-order. In such cases, the estimated shipping date will be specified on the product page. Full payment is required at the time of pre-ordering.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers are responsible for reviewing the terms before making a purchase.

Sexual Counseling Services Terms
These terms apply to the sexual counseling services provided online. Counseling is available for individuals, couples, and people in polyamorous relationships seeking support and guidance on sexuality and relationships. All sessions are confidential and conducted online. Sessions can be booked by the consultation link on the website.
Confidentiality
All discussions during counseling are confidential. No personal data will be shared without consent, except where required by law.
Booking and Cancellations
Appointments can be rescheduled or canceled at no charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations within 12 hours will incur a full charge.
Payment: Payments are processed via invoice with 14-day net terms.
Pricing:
- 45 minutes: €60
- 60 minutes: €70
- 75 minutes: €80
- 90 minutes: €90
For special groups (e.g., students and unemployed):
- 45 minutes: €45
- 60 minutes: €55
- 75 minutes: €65
- 90 minutes: €75
For couples and polyamorous individuals:
- 75–90 minute sessions are specifically designed for couples and polyamorous relationships.
